Customization of a CSS theme to Arabic

The project is about customizing a theme for a classifieds website created using CSS to Arabic (Right to left). The original theme is in English and works fine (except several issues with Internet Explorer 8). The work should not require any HTML or PHP work as almost all styling is managed by CSS.
