We need a simple CRM database for Mac.
Our organisation is a not for profit information provider.
We need a custom CRM database.
We need it to:
- allocate each client's issue a case number
- store client information in a dozen or so fields with most fields providing a drop down box of choices
- store notes on each meeting that we have with the client, whether it be face to face, telephone, email or skype
- store information on which caseworker the client is seeing for that particular meeting
- link multiple case files to clients who see us for more than one issue
- create reports based on two to four different fields on information
- provide unique log ins for different users allowing 3 different permissions
- search function for clients details
- link outgoing and incoming emails, and documents to the clients' casework file
- be accessible from the office and remotely (depending on additional cost) perhaps with iPad access
I believe this project is between a small and medium project. Budget is between AUD$750 and $3000 depending on what you propose as the package.
