Blood Glucose Level Analysis Over Time

Given a set of data points along a timeline, produce a plot and provide information about the curve of blood glucose levels including:
Start of the curve
Duration of the curve
Amplitude of the curve
Deviation from normal for points along the curve
Rank of the curve amongst a given set of curves
Data is contained in an MS SQL database in Azure.
Algorithms should be produced in Visual Studio 2015 using C++. Curve plot should be displayable in a WPF canvas.
