Develop a Mac Application -- 2

I need a Mac programmer that is currently a Certified Mac Developer with Apple (so that you can use Xcode 6 & the latest beta version of Yosemite SDK). You must also have access to Final Cut Pro X and have experience with sending messages to and from FCPX (see Apple's Final Cut Pro X Workflows Developer Guide in the Developer Library).

The codes you will write need to open a .FCPXML file and tell FCPX to render a video. I already have a skeleton application written that downloads from my server a collection of JPGs & the FCPXML file, but I do not know how to tell FCPX how to open the FCPXML file & render out the video. My skeleton application then will take the exported video (that your codes have FCPX generate) and will upload it back to my server. All of the upload & download codes are written, ALL I need is to tell FCPX to open the FCPXML file & render a video. For someone that knows this space it should only be a few hours of coding.

Please only bid if you know how to write code that interacts with Apple's Pro Apps/FCPX!
