There is a list of words (can be with bookmarks) at begining of word doc.
while typing :
I can choose one of the words.(with a key as F6 can be great)
After choosing the word become italic
And the word have hyperlink to the word place at the begging of DOC.
[I can write in document also those words but without hyperlink and italic]
Attached is prepared example of a word document.
If u do not know how to do while typing u can offer a solution that proccess the word document and do the link
