C# Access DB Problem with 64bit

PLEASE UNZIP AND LOOK AT AND UNDERSTAND THE PROJECT BEFORE YOU BID.
This is a simple maintenance program to add, edit, delete records in a Access database table.
Program works fine in a 32bit Windows OS but in a 64 bit OS will not find the database (Windows 7/8 64 bit). Get no errors... just doesn't open the database.
The DEFALT location of the database will be C:\EZ-Scan\[url removed, login to view]
Want the program to work in all windows from XP to Windows 8 32 or 64bit.
I DON'T WANT A 64 BIT PROGRAM... I WANT TO KEEP THE PROGRAM AS A 32BIT BUT I WANT IT TO RUN ON A 64 SYSTEM.
