There you will find project instructions, FAQ’s, report templates ready to download, and sample images that will be used for this database. The budget for this project is $50. Provider should be well reviewed by other Freelance employers.
Part 1.
Database requirements:
1) Create an editable & updatable Access (or other platform) database of our vendors.
The database will house these fields:
1. Contact Name (first and last name in 1 field)
2. Company Name
3. Address Line 1
4. City, State, Zip Code (All in 1 field)
5. Phone Number in this format: (914) 111-1111
6. Email address
7. Web address
8. Company introduction paragraph: of maximum 280 characters with spaces
9. An uploaded 400kb image (picture of the contact) that has been pre-cropped.
2) Have a user interface that will allow the user to pick 9 contacts from the database. Those 9 contacts will then be placed into a ‘Report Template’. The user will pick which ‘Report Template’ will be printed.
There are 2 Report Templates in Word format (they are on this site ready for download) called:
1. ‘Report 1 Template Brochure’
2. ‘Report 2 Template Vertical’
3) On each of the Report Templates, there are 9 positions. The user will assign 1 contact for each position (you will see them as Jane Doe on the Templates). Those positions are:
1. Home Inspector 1
2. Home Inspector 2
3. Mortgage Broker 1
4. Mortgage Broker 2
5. Attorney 1
6. Attorney 2
7. Title Insurance 1
8. Home Insurance 1
9. Realtor
3) Output Report will be a Word file with the 9 chosen contacts placed in the correct position. (Picture sized and placed, contact info placed, and company introduction is placed). The output MUST line up correctly and the output must be in Word format.
Part 2:
Reports Requirments:
There will be 2 output reports in Word format. The 1st report is called ‘Report 1 Template Brochure’ and the 2nd is called ‘Report 2 Template Vertical.’ Both templates are attached here. The contacts info will be placed in this font: CorporateSBQ-ExtraBold. The font size is 9. The picture will be sized correctly and placed.

On Page 1 there are 6 positions that need to be filled. They should be called:

Realtor
