Hi, I'm Shahrizal. I would like to know how much do you charge for developing a custom photoshop plugin. In brief, this plugin let the user to apply effects on their photos with just one click. It's like Instagram but for photoshop. How do you charge for project this size and how long will it takes to complete one.
