Create a facebook banner generator

I am looking for someone who can make a facebook banner generator.

Included in this generator:

* A user should be able to select a text type (Arial, Verdana, Grunge etc) and dropshadow/glow capabilities so they can write words on the banner they are creating. The user should also be able to position where the text goes (Center, top-left, top-right etc)

* A user should be able to select a background colour or Image to use on the banner. This includes allowing them to upload a image from there own computer.

* Once they have completed the banner, they should be able to upload the banner to there facebook profile. A watermark of my domain name should also show up on the banner when it's uploaded.

* The generator should also be simple for me to edit to go with my current site theme/look.
