I need an admin script (page) that will be used by the site owner (me) to change the pages in the main frame of the sample page given below.

When the user clicks on the menu the page opens in the main frame (right_bottom frame)
The site owner can choose from admin menu which page to update. Update the page and when he uploads it, it replaces the previous page.
Admin will not need to create new pages
Header frame is static
Left fram is static
Main frame content will have image in top left corner with text wrapped around it.
