Can you prepare quality tests related to PMI-ACP Certification?

We need an experienced, certified Agile professional to create at least 1000 questions for our e-Learning website. The ideal candidate would have a valid PMP/PMI-ACP certification herself/himself and would have experience of creating such questions earlier.
The question needs to be of high quality, in terms of the content as well as language. They should not be aimed at testing candidates memory, but the understanding of Agile values, principles and practices.
The delivery of the content will be in batch of 100 question answers. Each question must be accompanied by four answer options, and an elaborate explanation about what was asked in the question and the answer. Once 100 questions are submitted, the payment will be made. If the quality is not found to be satisfactory, we will not proceed further. The selected candidate, if keeps on delivering quality content, can be assured of minimum 1000 questions.
