I'm in the process of rebranding my business from "My Lawn Guy lawn care and power washing LLC" to "MLG Property Services". This transition marks my shift towards a more commercial-focused audience, aiming to encompass a broader range of services. Given the diverse scope of MLG Property Services, I'm seeking a talented graphic designer who can craft a distinctive and eye-catching emblem that encapsulates the essence of our offerings. I’d like MLG to be the focus and highlighted with a unique design. Colors green, black and gray/silver

**Core Services Included:**
- Commercial cleaning
- Property maintenance
- Landscaping
- Pressure washing
- Lawn care
- Potential for additional services in the future

**Ideal Emblem Characteristics:**
- Incorporation of a building/house silhouette to represent our property-based services.
- Unique design that embodies the initials "MLG" and is easily identifiable.
- Versatile for use across various media, including website, business cards, and service vehicles.

**Skills and Experience Needed:**
- Strong portfolio featuring emblem designs, particularly those related to property services or similar fields.
- Proficiency in graphic design software (Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, etc.)
