I am purchasing a piece of land, but before signing the sales contract I need to be sure what it looks like. I live on the West Coast and the property is at 157 Magnolia Trail, Satsuma, Florida. The lot is about 50-55 feet wide and goes from Magnolia St down to the canal. I need photos taken from the road. I'd also like photos of the boat house at the edge of the water, the bulkhead (wooden retaining wall near the shore), if there is one present, photos of fencing, if any and the concrete slab on the property. Need freelancer to measure length and width of the slab.
