I'm in need of a proficient Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop professional who can expertly transition an AI file into a vector PDF. The upgraded file will primarily serve for web display. However, there are a few stringent conditions:

- The file's size should reduce from 1.5 MB to no more than 100 KB.
- VERY IMPORTANT: There should be absolutely no rastering during the transition.
- Emphasis should be given to preserving text clarity, even after the size reduction.
- The final vector PDF should retain high detail, including fine lines and text.
- The size of the PDF shall be 120mm x 70mm.
- Top and bottom margins shall be 1mm; right and left margins shall be 2mm.

The winning contestant may be awarded a larger project that is converting the entire 602 pages of the Holy Qur'an from .ai into PDF. A document with this project's details is available upon request.

Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Advanced Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop abilities, particularly with conversion and compression techniques.
- A strong eye for detail and keen understanding of how to retain vital elements during size compression.
- Prior experience with similar projects demonstrating the ability to successfully reduce file sizes while retaining quality.
- Solid understanding of different types of vector formats and their compatibility with web display.
