Real Estate Development Site Plan. I have a piece of property that I need a quick but nice site plan designed with a few things in mind. Attached you will find "Site Plan Rough Draft". HEB (Grocery store) is 43 acres, the Hotel, Residental, Office & Parking is 138, Rec Center Retail Food Hall Farmers Market is 90 acres, Beer Brewery/Bass Pro Shop 60 acres, Adventure Park is 65 acres. Total acres is about 400 acres.

I need a site plan based on some of the images of how you think things can be placed given the constraints. Pictures are in the "ideation pics" file.

Don't worry about making it perfect. I just want to gauge your ability, and will work with you over the weekend to fine-tune the results as we need to have this pretty quickly.

can you please provide the dimensions of length & width of the land. also need all outside are line dimension for preparing the site plan because we just have the total area & requirements. for the layout we need all dimensions. thank you.....
