In this business time Is more important. I am facing a problem for make a schedule on rotation type.
For carwash min 2 workers are must if I holed them more Than 8hr they are more sick so I can’t .
If in case I'll take 2 more workers one team morning shift &evening shift an another team but how i Give leave to them at least one day a week, and how run my business 7 days in weak
