I am looking for 2 gimp templates for labels which will got on our cbd products

Template one

This is a label which will go around 30ml pepet bottle (label size = 3" x 1.5") i have included an example picture to give you an idea of what i am looking for
The label must include our logo on the front and the following text on the front
Pure CBD Oil 30%

and on the back

Ingredients
Organic Hemp Extract , Organic Hemp Seed Oil

Consume within 6 months after opening
store in a cool dry place

Template 2
This is round in shape and will go on the lid of a tub must contain logo and text
Pure CBD Wax
