Packaging Design - Heritage Family Brand

I am seeking a packaging design for my heritage family brand's consumer goods. While I have some ideas for the design elements and themes, I am open to guidance from a skilled designer who can bring my vision to life. The target market for my product is young adults, adults with families and older adults so the design should appeal to this demographic. Ideally, the designer should have experience in creating packaging designs for consumer goods and a strong understanding of the target market.

So here are the instructions:

Using the 24cm Fry Pan Die Line, design "heritage with a quirky/modern twist" packaging.
Use all the information given on the packaging on the final page in Wilkinson 1888 Initial Packaging Concept doc but instead of "5X MORE NON-STICK compared to our previous pans", put "Wilkinson Ultra 3 Non-stick"; keep the cut-out window; use the Robert Sarah Wilkinson Family Photo in greyscale but maybe add some colour accents to make it fun/quirky and make this the main packaging image; use the shout-out "From our family to yours".

Basically, we are a unique company that has 135 year history and we still are a family company run by the Wilkinson Family. Not many, if any, cookware/bakeware companies have this heritage alongside the original family still running the company.

I have attached photos of my Dad and I but I am not sure that is good on the packaging. Just in case it is...
