I need a one page flyer designed and delivered in PSD format for 8 1/2 x 11" paper.

I have the content on the attachment ss spec sheet.pdf. It consists of a top message "Local real estate info", 3 product sections (Listing reports, comprehensive home specifications, and local market statistics), a call to action message (visit www.Tanya...."), and Realtor info including a logo. I have attached 3 images for the product sections. For the Listings Reports, use new_listing_cap.jpg but I'd like a zoom in effect that shows new_listings_zoom.png on top of the new_listing_cap image. I'm not expecting the graphics to be readable but the zoom should be as I want to highlight the Time on Market feature of our reports. The property_details_page_cap is for the comprehensive home specifications section. Not sure what to do since this is such a long graphic. Maybe splitting the graphic into multiple shorter images with some design that shows they are a single page output? Again, not needing the text to be readable. The crystal_ball_cap.png is the image for the Local Market Statistics section.

The logo is a placeholder, I'll add that. I don't need the agent info all together as shown in the PDF. You have creative freedom to lay this flyer out how you see fit. The font size on the product sections on the pdf is not in stone either. I was more focused on the content than worrying about sizing and placement. I do want the Top message and the call to action to really pop out though.

I'll be editing the flyer to put in different agent info (URL, name, logo etc.) so allow some flexibility for a larger/shorter URL and agent/brokerage names.

There are no requirements for certain colors. Just a good looking, professional flyer!
