Need Basic Changes to Spreadsheet

Greetings, I need four changes to the attached spreadsheet:

1. Make entire text in spreadsheet 14 point font, instead of the current 11 point. So every row/column that has text in it needs to be 14. This needs to be the default font for all text that is visible.

2. On the individual sheets the “Dividend” is not recording properly and it is messing up the rest of the sheet. See OHI sheet. Please fix this dividend issue.

3. I need to be able to “drag down” the last row in the sheets, so it adds additional rows for input, while keeping all the formulas. Can you add a “dragger” or “slider” or whatever it is called so I can just click on it and drag it down and it adds more rows? I need this on every sheet and on the homepage tab too. On the homepage tab I need to drag it UP so as to remove all the extra spaces between OXLC and Total.

4. The default for all money spaces needs to be $ (United States). This needs to be the default for the entire spreadsheet.
