I need a Forex indicator/EA to locate a retracement and send an alert by email/SMS. A customizable retrace tool that can be set to send an alarm when price has moved a specified number of pips down from the last high, and/or a specified number of pips up from the last low.

For example; I want to receive an alert if price goes down let's say at least 20 pips after there has been a prior up movement of let's say at least 30 pips that took place in a time period of no more than 5 hrs let's say.

The values of; 20 pips retrace down from a prior 30 pips up movement that took place in at most 5 hrs; are example values. I should be able to enter any value for a retrace, prior movement, and max time period for prior movement (in hrs/mins, not number of bars); and set an alarm/alert.

The EA should work in all time frames. I'm only looking for a price movement and retrace. For example; if the prior up-move and retrace took place in a few minutes and I placed the EA on a daily chart; I still want to receive an alert.

The EA should work for either up-trend and/or down-trend retracements.

The EA should have some kind of an interface window once it is dragged onto mt4 screen, so I can quickly edit the settings and hide it.

you can find free fibonacci retracement alert indicators online. Retracements are normally a percentage of a move and that move can vary greatly depending on volume and momentum. No one would bother making such an indicator because of how price action is. If a candle was 100 pips, a 50% retracement would be 50 pips and if a candle was 50 pips then 50% is 25pips, making an indicator to track between this kind of price action . Its easier to calculate the percentage of the candle rather than if it move so many pips.

  that's the thing, Fibonacci retracements are only in percentages. I'm looking for a predetermined move, lets say at least 20 pips up (does not matter if choppy or clearly defined move), followed by let's say at least 15 pips down. So if we have 50 pips straight up followed by 15 pip retrace; I want to get an alert. Fibonacci set to let's say 50% would be waiting for a 50 pip down move.

Hi Konstantin. I have read your job description. The matter is that most of the times market doesn't provide clear movement and it is ranging / going sideways. How do you offer do define the movement in this situation. And your screenshots could be useful additions to your specification.
