Help me create an email tempalte for a VIP Invitation to our showroom launch

Deskripsi Kontes

• Who we are: We are Kaiser Appliances, a German manufacturer of premium kitchen appliances. The company is set up across Europe with branches in Germany, Russia, Ghana and now the UK.

• Our Showroom: We are in the process of finishing our new Showroom in London, it is scheduled to be finished and ready for our launch party at the beginning of March. This is where you come in ?

• Invitation: We are working with a PR company to schedule a launch event for the new showroom. This will involve inviting prominent members of the press, high-profile clients, and a mass database of potential customers. We will primarily be doing this over email.

• What we need: A professional email invitation that can be slightly tweaked depending on the audience with room for us to add the key parts of information that we have yet to settle on (things such as the exact date + time).

• Style: We have several ranges of products and we do have our own brand colours. However, we have an idea of what we would like the email to look like. I've sent over a few examples of other invitations we have seen and liked.


In total we will be sending two emails, with slightly different wording, very slight. I don’t know how much this counts towards additional work as its only some text that needs to slightly change

Wording and More Details are Attached, along with our logo and some example images we've seen that we like.
