I kinda like the two $ pieces to this graphic but The chart in the back with the line doesn't make sense to me. I also don't really see transparency from the graphic.

I know what you're going for here but I do not think this is intuitive. Graphically this looks good but it needs to convey the concept clearer. Most of the graphics should follow this advice

I think this section was easier to follow/read when the graphics and text lined up on the left and right respectively
