IE Market Research Corporation is looking for a creative and visually engaging design proposal for an annual report to be prepared for the Government of Canada. This graphic design mock-up will be used as the basis for an ongoing, yearly government publication, and should be executed at a high standard of excellence, as this report will be used to engage businesses and governments around the world, and promote Canada and its business community.

The graphic design mock-up should include the following elements:

-Title page: This is the cover page for the report. Please format to 8.5x11 standard page, and include the following title elements:
o The title “Invest In Canada”
o The year “2015-2016”
o The Government of Canada logo
In addition to these elements, please design a title page that sets the theme for the following pages in your mock-up design. Feel free to use imagery, photographs, illustrations, and any other design elements that you feel will make this a visually interesting and engaging design for a professional business and government audience. These elements should reflect the diverse nature of Canadian business, and highlight the attractive qualities of Canada to global investors.

- Two Section dividers: These section dividers will be cover pages for chapters of the report, and should also be formatted to 8.5x11 standard page. Each section divider represents an industrial sector of Canada. Please create two (2) section dividers from the following list of options:
o Advanced Manufacturing
o Agri-Food
o Chemicals and Plastics
o Sustainable Technologies
o Information and Communications Technology
o Life Sciences
o Business Services
Please use these industry-types to inspire the design of the section divider, and to present the industry in a visually engaging manner. We have included previous iterations of the report for you to review.

-Four content pages: These content pages will compose the majority of the report, and should include design elements such as informational text, infographics, charts, maps, biographical images of business leaders, etc. Please provide four (4) different content pages that have a distribution of text, charts, and other elements to make an easy-to-read and engaging report.

Successful competition entries should be in PDF format, and be prepared with the Adobe Creative Suite, with winning bidders to provide all graphical files (InDesign components, Illustrator graphics, images, etc.) at the awarding of the project. IE Market Research Corporation will control all copyrights to the winning submission.

  As mentioned in the Contest Brief, the project is an annual report. We would like proposals in 8.5x11 inch format. Please take a look at the previous versions of the report we have posted above for a better idea of what this project entails.
