  Interesting concept however the first 5 feet roughly of my lot from the side walk in is considered city property and if the city needs to do work on the part of land they will remove anything that is there obstructing there work. Therefore the boxes with the white flowers would be a bad idea. Next under the bay window is a section of exposed aggregate concrete, raised, measuring 4 feet by 15 feet roughly. You should be able to see it in the picture. Also on the right side of the driveway is a strip of land that starts about 3 feet wide at the top of the driveway closest to the house and tapers to about a foot wide at the end.
