Flyer for our Personal Field Security Training

Hi there !
We are a risk management company whose aim is to create a sustainable future for the aid community by empowering people. We provide a set of services such as training, operational support, analysis, crisis management and digital security. We mainly work within the aid community but we are happy to be regularly supporting human rights defenders and journalists working in complex environments around the world.

We need a flyer for our new Personal Field Security Training.
Training remains our main activity and this is why we are calling for your creativity. We regularly organise personal field security training for aid workers and journalists working in complex, not to say dangerous, environments. We need a new flyer for our Personal Field Security Training. More precisely, we need a template that we can easily update for each training session (dates, picture, topics, etc. changes).

Instructions
The deliverable must be a standard flyer that can be reused as a template.
The flyer should include the content of one of the 3 flyers attached. Of course, if you feel like some information is redundant, you can adapt, as long as the key messages are there. We know we tend to put too much info on the flyer.
We like having a nice picture illustrating the training on the flyer, we would appreciate that an appropriate place holder exists for that purpose on the flyer.
The format should be PowerPoint so that we can reuse it in the future (we are no designers, you are).
The flyer will be sent out via email, posted on our website and printed. Therefore, the size should be A4 (we guess). The orientation can be portrait or landscape, this is up to you.

Our logo colours are 2 tones of blue.
HEX: #121C6E / RGB: 18,28,110
And
HEX: # 62A3D6 / RGB: 98,163,214
We also use 4 shades of grey (details in the file attached).

The font we use is Helvetica.

As our training are certified, we would also like the logos of the certifying bodies to appear on the flyer. The logos and websites are in the attached document.

You will find attached:
- A PowerPoint with our logos and further graphic information
- A pitch for you to have a better idea of what we do and who we work for
- Awful flyers we did:
o 2 for the version of the training for aid workers (in English)
o 2 for the version of the training for journalists (in French)
- Our word template for you to have a idea of how our documents look like

    Hi there, same question here as Joao - .pfi files are a little tricky to work with, however, the designers who created them can save them in other formats like .bmp or .tif. Do you think you could get that for us? Many thanks :)

    Hello, I'm so happy to work for you on this project. Meanwhile, I want to inform you that the logos that are inside the Power Point are in low resolution. Ideally, should you send the logos in EPS, AI, TIFF high resolution formats, please? Would it also be possible to make this contest #sealed to maintain the confidentiality of the designs?
