Eye-Catching Logo Design for Yalls Benefits

I am looking to collaborate with a seasoned logo designer who has specific experience within the insurance sector.

Key requirements for this project:

- The name of my business is 'Yalls Benefits'. This should be the prominent feature of the logo.
- My business falls within the insurance industry. Your design should represent this business domain tastefully.
- I am particularly interested in having blue and black incorporated into the logo's design. We would like versions that can be used on a dark background as well as a light background.

I have attached 2 samples of what we were able to generate using AI, neither is 100% what we are looking for. With both examples there is too much going on below the hat itself. Sample 1 does a better job of mixing the geometric design with the ability to clearly distinguish the hat.

Desired skills and experience:

- Proven record of designing logos particularly within financial/insurance sector
- Strong grasp of color psychology
- Creativity and a keen eye for aesthetic detail
