BRIEF
We are a small organization in the business of graphical designs, photography, and video production. We are expanding our business.
We would like to develop a website to replace our current website with some single pages with a super design that reflects our capabilities and how professional we are. The website must have a unified identity. Also, the website must be easy to understand by the customer.

The issues of the current websites:
1. We present our services in 2 different pages. The customers don't know that we have a lot of other services in other website. We need them to see our full services in one place.
2. We believe our services must not have description, only titles (such as: books cover designs, logo design.. etc.).
3. The website content is not easy to maintain.
4. The management of the gallery is extremely hard. We need to simplify it since we must change the gallery content continuously. THIS IS A MAJOR ISSUE FOR US.

The website must have a single page for:
1. Graphics designs (multiple services)
2. Motion graphic (3 services only)
3. Photography (around 5 services)
4. Video production (around 3 services)
5. Landing page (Optional and up to the designer)
NOTE: adding new pages and services must be easy with the minimum mouse clicks.

WEBSITE COMPONENTS
The information we would like to present to our customers in each site:
1.   Our Services (services titles only without descriptions)
2.     Who are we?
3.     Our previous work/Portfolio (Images, Audio, or Video Gallery). THIS IS THE MOST IMPORTANT PART: HOW DO YOU PRESENT OUR PORTFOLIO TO THE CUSTOMER.
4.     Our clients. (we worked with for each service).
5.     Our Technical Assets (for video and photography including our studio & Equipment).
8.     Contact us form.
9.     Our location (on Google Maps).

Other Requirements:
1. THIS IS THE MOST IMPORTANT ISSUE THAT LED US TO DEVELOP A COMPLETELY NEW SITE: The developer must develop a backend page for gallery management with extreme easy way. This include (upload, delete, edit caption) pictures/vides and the categories (such as outdoor photography, food photography, cars photography). AGAIN, THIS IS A MAJOR REQUIREMENT.
2. The website must have scalability to add A new service with a single page in the future.
3. The other content of the website should be easy to maintain.
4. Include a slider & banners provided by us. This can be replaced with video.
5. Our call Number and Email are obviously on the page.
6. The website content management in ARABIC & English is in one page.
7. The freelancer will upload the content of the website. The content will be created and provided as per the freelancer vision. NOTE: THE CONTENT IS CHANGEABLE TO UP 3 TIMES ONLY FORM OUR SIDE.
8. The Freelancer will upload the page to our hosting domain.
9. Adding/hidden social media links.
10. the gallery for each service shall be dividable to categories. for example, photography can have tabs for Architecture photography, portrait photography, arial photography... etc.

Out of Scope:
1. Hosting & domain.
2. Graphical designs, images, Logos, banners. However, the icons will be provided by us if required.
3. The content in Arabic will be uploaded by us if the vendor is facing issues with it.

Hi, i understand the requirements and agree on showing visitors what's only enough in simple & nice way, one place (one page), but advice to create a project not contest, or hire someone, this needs a discussion, initial milestone payment, 2 weeks at least, and to be done in WordPress for a user friendly interface (to easily add, edit stuff), thanks.
