Hello Freelancers

We are looking for a skilled designer/illustrator that can draw us an image out of the simple sketch that I have attached (Sketch Explainer)

We are building a Service Directory, and want an image that shows what makes us different from all other Directory. (Which is that we Accept Advertisers that have a Clear Price and Clear Image/Content)

The Sketch Image should not only tell the story of what I show in Explainer
But I would also make some addons that clearly shows this is in London, so I would wish the typical red phone both somewhere in the picture (like in the attached example), and also some simply drawn buildings in the background (this is optional and not required)

-The Ads Scroll have to be red and with white texting, as this is to represent our Logo (attached) to use as you wish

-The Building should show our Logo on the Top, stating its our building.

-Image of the Page where it will be in is attached, (Posting Page), (But it will also be used on our Email Template)
