Few questions
1.) What do you think about having a conversational ui along with the current one? in the conversational ui there will be chatbot (more like AI), where a user can book a cab just by sending out texts, you can refer Siri, Google Assistant etc.The chatbot can also be integrated with Facebook messenger.A user can book a ride in messenger The app will be more futuristic & technologically advanced. Let me know your thoughts on this.
2) Are we free to change the layouts?
3) Are we free to change the functionalities?
