Design a Sandwich Board Welcome Sign for an Aikido Dojo

I need a sign design that goes on a wooden sandwich board that would be outside of a store. Here is an example of one (http://pikestreetpress.com/wp-content/uploads/2013/12/pike-street-press-seattle-letterpress-print-studio-sign-wood-sandwich-board-1024x680.jpg)

The name of the store will be "City Aikido". (I have attached the logo, but there is no hard requirement to use the logo). It should use one of the 3 attached images that are not logos. (if you pick the image with 4 pictures, use only one image from the 4). (I have included some high res versions of the images if you need them).

There are 2 possible design types.
1) Make a wooden sandwich board. Thus the only color of your image will be black (and the color of the wood).
2) Make a white plastic sandwich board. The only colors to use there would be black, red and the white background.

It should have something like this structure, but I will accept any great design.
City Aikido (logo or no logo)

Finally, instead of "Come in and watch.", it can say the following. Change the punctuation or leave it out to fit design.
