Hi:

Can you design logos & illustrate characters?

Well...then you may be my designer!

Please submit logos that include either a rose or angel wings incorporating my company name, "BRIAR ODES LA" & another logo, more streamlined, very classic in style: "BRANDS FOR BRIAR".

*ALL entries must submit TWO LOGO OPTIONS to be considered.

***I REMOVED THE CHARACTER ILLUSTRATION FROM THIS CONTEST***

* DESIGNERS must submit multiple files (IE: JPG, PNG, AI, ext) UPON WINNING ;)

Hi Everyone:

My hope and desire is to continue to see your involvement and hopefully entice other designers to join this contest. I admire creative spirits and would like you to add your own flare please just refer to the brief and attachments for direction in regards to colors, fonts, style, ect.

Most of the submissions thus far have not followed directions. I want to utilize your services please give me more of your time by following the guidelines. thanks

IF you want to take a WHOLE PICTURE to ILLUSTRATE a CHARACTER by all means that is welcome BUT the logo is a completely separate concept. I do not want to reject entries because I learned you as a designer lose points but please no more face logos...

  Hi, I liked your originality and taking your own idea. I like that is has this "mirror, mirror, on the wall"...feel to it. It tells a story. However, the lines are not clean enough, I want her to look like a character from a graphic novel. I like your direction definitely, but bolder fonts, take away all of the concrete wall, shift the roses a little...I guess I want to see more ideas with this SAME direction you have taken. I like where you are going with it. :)

  Thanks for the reply. Means a lot to get that kind of feedback. I will redo it and see what you think. So graphic novel I.e. you want a more colourful comic book feel to the character? And better more standout bold text.

Hi Everyone: Thank you for your submissions. I want to redirect a little here. I want dark and militant but I want it the way PRADA would do it, simple (not like a devilish angel) and I want a character but the way you would look at a comic book or a soft water color painting. Find the beauty and enhance it---Number 30 & 17 started what could look like a book character BUT took away the detail. Those same concepts but with the bandana and the shirt details back on (L'ANIMAL) are important IF you wish to take that route. Otherwise a simple rose in a circle would suffice. Think classy, simple, bold but with the subtle undertones of military, it doesn't have to be so in your face. HAPPY DESIGNING>

Please can you clarify if you are looking for two or three images? 1. a logo patch with rose and army stripes and words 2. a close-up of your face as dark Briar Rose & 3. a full body with wings as ethereal Rose? Or is the close-up image of your face supposed to also include the wings and be both evil and ethereal?

  Hi There. Thank you for asking :) I would like 1. a logo patch with a rose and army stripes with my brand name preferably in some kind of banner. and 3. a full body with eden roses as the wings. I would like to see the BRIAR POWER photo used with black smoke around the edges....Looking forward to seeing your submissions. :) I added black smoke pictures to the brief to help with style but please make it your own. ;)

EVERYONE: BE MORE CREATIVE. STOP COPYING the artist who took my face and tried to make it a logo. I DO NOT WANT MY FACE ON A LOGO. I ASKED FOR A LOGO with a rose in a military-inspired patch AND a photo illustrated into a character with wings.

Please choose your own photo, your own rose, your own colors. Use some imagination....I am not stoked on anything submitted, It's all the same and hope to see more creativity....This logo should be DARK, REGIME INSPIRED. ;)

Hi, I got ANOTHER submission with the concept I jimmied in pages, I can do that myself, the concept is for YOU, the DESIGNER to turn it into a logo---> READ THE DIRECTIONS:

1. ARMY GREEN
2. MILITANT
3. OX BLOOD RED
4. A BANNER UNDERNEATH
5. A GANSTER/OLD ENGLISH INSPIRED FONT
AND.....
6. INTEGRATED INTO A PATCH. A PATCH....

Please read the directions...I AM NOT LOOKING FOR A LOGO WITH MY FACE...I asked for a LOGO and a CHARACTER DRAWING.

PLEASE READ the "logo directions" in the PDF. The LOGO is supposed to be a military inspired PATCH with stripes and a rose blossoming---It should be gritty, militant, dark NOT pretty and dainty.

The images given are NOT for my logo. They are meant to be used to ADD ANGEL WINGS and ADD BLACK SMOKE---Use the Briar Power image.
