We're looking for a new logo for our company. Our company is in the business of providing event services such as photo booths and up-lights

We need a new logo for our new name. The name is: Do It Up Events

I have uploaded a sketch of what I'm thinking of... I want the Layout that I have on there, then I want the word UP design the way the Up i uploaded is and finally to the right of all of it I want an ( ! ) but....

I was the ( ! ) design like a light shining upward making three different path lights upward. Try it out

I will need at the end a JPEG, PNG, Photoshop, and Vectored file.
