Logo redesign

The logo is for UK based Argentine tango academy "Tanguito" which has been operating for over 12 years.
Its main purpose is to be the face of all our tango activities, from Argentine tango lessons, tango events (social dancing, tango festivals...), tango performances, and also shows for private businesses.

It is now used in different colours, one for the main tango school (red tanguito.co.uk) and one for tango travels (blue, tanguito.co.ouk/tango-holidays) to differentiate the businesses.

Main reasons the logo to be redesigned:
It sometimes takes too much space (it should be more compact): ideally more of a square shape
Font used is not always readable - it is too thin
It could be a little more edgy without becoming too cold - it needs to remain approachable
Argentine Tango Academy can be simplified into Tango Academy if necessary

Keywords:
Sophisticated, yet personable and approachable, for all to enjoy
Both for men and women of all ages
Connected in a warm embrace
Tango is magic: it highlights contrast between movement and stillness; it can suspend time

Butterfly
Ideally the butterfly would be retained in the logo but this is not an absolute must. The reason is that it is convenient to use it as a compact version (a bit like the swoosh of Nike). As such a specific tango event (Los Angelitos, a weekly social dance) has a different name: it is called Los angelitos (tanguito.co.uk/losangelitos) and is using the butterfly to associate it with the name of the school.

The main logo should look good and be legible both big and as a small icon. We would like source files (AI, SVG,...) and a PNG format.
