We have 4 double sided flyers designed by someone we don't know so it's not possible to get a digital version of the current product in order to make changes when needed. So we need 2 tasks to be done.

Task#1 - Create an identically designed flyer so we could always use it as a template. (Photoshop, Illustrator etc.. )
Task# 2 - Design it better, make 2 different re-designs of those 4 flyers with a better yet professionally looking flyers.
We must be able to fit current text and product pictures into new design.

3 sizes: full page vertical, half a page horizontal, 1/3 of a page, horizontal. (see attachments)
