3D printed tool

Hi, You are right about the bit angle, so I made a better design (with double edge), this time when the customer is stripping, the blue zones will help to remove the rest of the insulating material.

i think it will not work, you can not make sharp cutting edges with a 3D printer, I owned 3D printer, and even if you print it with carbon fiber filament, you can not make a sharp cutting edge. Just an idea to make it work, you should insert the metal cutting pieces to the 3D printed handle.

I fill like the edges will not cut right if they meet in this way, maybe is 90 degrees or closer to it better?

Thanks, I was also referring at the way in which the edges meet, like a bit backward, is this necessary? or should they meet more vertically?

Is this backward angle necessary, or is 90 degrees better?
