I need a referral banner made for my paid-to-click site. The size needs to be 468x60. My website is http://www.paradiseclix.us/ The banner should match the color and theme of my website, which is a tropical theme. You may use my logo on it. The colors should match my website as well. The banner should say:
"Earn up to $0.0015 per click"
"Earn 20% per referral click"
"Earn 5% purchase commission"
"Advertise for as low as $0.10"

Each slide should be at least 3 seconds long. The banner should be in .gif format or something similar. Let me know if you have any questions.
