People are sending their standard CV files although this is exactly what I don't ask for.

Hi, my name is Philipp. I am an career advisor for people that want to apply for jobs in German-speaking countries. I am helping them to improve their chances on the labour market.

Our team is looking for a graphic designer who can design CVs that are UNIQUE and CUSTOMIZED for the applicant.

We absolutly want to have a "WOW" effect when the reader gets to see our CV`s.

I want you to design for a telecommuniations engineer who lives in Germany
1) a CV
2) and a letterhead that fits to it.

Attached you find:

1) examples of other CVs, these should be your benchmark
2) The CV in question of the engineer Waleed

It it a good idea to use a translation program in order to understand the CV.

So, your CV is good
1) if the design is UNIQUE
2) if the design takes the attention of the reader ("WOW" effect)
3) if the design is customized meaning it crafted for the engineer Waleed
