I need someone to assist in Styling a CSS Admin Dashboard Template, Attached on these Files.

"Final-Theme" is the Dashboard that I want to be styled:

1st CSS - I want the "Final-Theme" to have a look and feel like this one "Default-Theme" - Silver and Navy:

2nd CSS. I want the "Final-Theme" to be similar to "Custom-Theme" - Cerulean Skin for "White Theme" and Darkly Skin for "Dark Theme"

Preferred Theme Colors:
- Red and Blue
- Yellow and Blue
- Green and Grey
- Navy Blue and Grey

On CSS 2 I must be able to switch between these Preferred Theme Colors: Create it in such a way that its easy to change the colors on the CSS of the Top Bar, Side Bar and Menu Bar. Change the Look and feel of the Login Page Layout as well. I need to have an option on the CSS to change it between a "Dark Theme" and "White Theme". On the Side bar where its written "Joli Admin" put an Image with size "220 x 100".

This must be Mobile Friendly (Bootstrapped)
