Design packaging design for a popcorn snack - called 'NUTO'.
Size of the package needs to be same as that of a sunbite bag (39.4 x 32.2 x 30 cm)

MOCKUP
I have created a mockup. In the mockup, I would definitely like the top bit which shows the popcorn - if it can look like it is the package being torn/opened that would be ideal.
The logo sits on top of a large popcorn, and could come completely below the top image - or overlap if the colours look good.
I've added a bowl of popcorn to fill space, but ideally I don't want it, so design in a way which doesn't look too bland, but don't crowd it - should look high end/elegant.

EXAMPLES
Some designs I liked: lays for its simplicity and choice of colour and how the logo sits over the circle (http://www.amazon.com/Frito-Lay-Variety-Pack-Classic-pack/dp/B00CHUCBIK).
In the purple pack: I liked this for a possible design with the side panel displaying the popcorn. I also liked the colour.
I'd like the nutrition value display in the front.

Happy for anyone to come up with a completely different design too.

SIMPLE, ELEGANT, HIGH END, STANDS OUT
I want it to have an appeal for a high end product, with a fun bold font.
Design needs to be simple but effective and stand out - so choice of colour must be bold - I'm thinking black and white, or use of yellow or red.

DESIGN THE BACK
Design of the back also needs to be incorporated. I have the blurb ready but please use lorem ipsum to generate the look and feel. There are 5 lines. The breakdown of number of words per line is: 3 (character count 11) , 13 (character count 68), 29 (character count 153), 11 (character count 64), 15 (character count 75)

Hi titanjewelers, Just a heads up, as nice as the designs are Med 7008 has done, none of them would be able to be printed. In flexo printing the top and bottom edges where they are sealed have to be the same colour. Look/google and crisp packet and the start and end colours are always the same.
