Deskripsi Kontes

We would like to launch an instant coffee retail line within our Pure Drinking Water Bottling company. First of all we will need to re-do our current logo. Secondly, there will be 4 products in total, with 1 packaging type each, and the smaller packaging size shall have an outer box as well; a total of 8 packaging designs. This project will require designing 3 stick packs (long sachets), outer boxes for those 3 sachet products, 2 jar sizes.

We need a creative designer who considers the target market and locality (language, competitor product designs, local symbols and culture). The most ideal design will have the below characteristics:

1. All 4 products have an easily relatable look, yet stand out individually
They are:
- 3 in 1 stick sachet (with outer box) - 2 designs
- 2 in 1 stick sachet (with outer box) - 2 designs
- Hot Chocolate stick sachet (with outer box) - 2 designs
- 50 gram instant coffee tin can
- 100 gram instant coffee tin can

TOTAL - 8 designs.

2. Should be modern yet appeal to the masses (not niche or too premium or too hip) - easily identifiable.
3. Should stand out of the shelf at a shop or supermarket (will provide local product sample photos on shelf)
4. Can use some local imagery or themes (real or drawn or cartoon) from Tanzania - our country, which is blessed with wildlife, mountains, lakes, ocean, etc...
5. Can consider designs of "The Large players" like Nescafe, etc. yet have its own more localized character.
6. Incorporates the little text requirements of small packaging like barcode, nutritional facts, company address, product size, etc. really well into the design without making it ugly.

Attachments:
1. DARKOFF brand (our supplier) - Outer box sample artwork and key line, and sachet photograph and keyline.
The same dimensions can be used for the 3 in 1, 2 in 1, and Hot chocolate sachet and outer box designs.

2. Local Africafe Coffee Tins and Boxes Photos - biggest company in Tanzania for instant coffee jars, similar product we want to launch. However ours must be more modern and attractive.

3. Logos which we like, which you can draw ideas from (plus your own) to transform our KISCAFE logo, and also try a new logo for the brand CHAPA Coffee.2 Logo designs on the packaging, and we shall decide which to go with.

4. Our current coffee vending profile for KisCafe

We hope to find the most suitable freelancer, and our marketing team is ready to work with you closely over the next 2 weeks. Whoever wins the competition, we will add an additional $300 to fine-tune the designs to finalisation, as a project.
