  Well, I have got some info. According to the russian law you cannot use the image of the russian flag (and some words too) in any kind of visual communication that is not an official one (government or close to government).
  I think that with my #20 and #21 we could overcome this issue.

  Dear freefrench, I am not absolutely sure but I have the doubt that in Russia it is forbiden by law to use flags in logos and in some graphics communication. I had this problem some years ago.
