Deskripsi Kontes

Our client requires a competent illustrator or artist that has experience with sketching and illustration of buildings and in particular homes.

You will have experience in sketching and illustration and you must have experience in the building and design industry.

We are not after a building designer - we are after someone to do an artists impression of the renovation and extension that the client wants. This will be used in the brief to a local registered building designer to provide the architectural and building design drawings.

You will be provided photos of the actual house and property as well as building design concepts that the client likes.

You will be required to render an artist sketch of the ideas for the new renovation/extension from the real photos and the materials provided.

We do not mind what method the drawings and sketches are done with - either by freehand or using a CAD or design platform - but the final illustrations should look similar to the images posted here with the job.

More details about the actual design ideas and concepts will be disclosed to the successful bidder.

You should provide your quote based on 4 (four) finished illustrations - front/right side elevation, front/left side elevation, birds eye view, and front elevation.

When providing your bid, please make sure you have references of your work and your portfolio is up to date on your Freelancer profile.

Freelancers that bid that don't have a portfolio of sketches and house designs will not be considered. We will also do reverse image searches to ensure that your work is original.

We expect that this will be a iterative process and expect that the client will want to provide feedback to sketches to ensure they are happy.

    I really dont know what the CH wants, as he is giving ratings to those .. which are totally different from the given examples and rejects those entries which are similar to the attached examples.
    Its totally a wastage of .. our time and effort.
