Deskripsi Kontes

I am looking for building design and 3d renderings for a house we are renovating. I have done a drawing. The exterior wall dimensions are all correct and all the interior walls (specifically the 2nd floor) can be moved to optimize design. None of the interior walls are load bearing.

We buy, renovate and resell houses. The intention of this design contest is to have design information and renderings so we can PRE SELL our houses before we even start working on them.

Please be as creative as possible.

Attached is the blueprint I made (like I said - feel free to edit anything within the exterior walls as you see fit).

Also attached is an EXAMPLE of the kind of packet we want to be able to put together for this property. (Example file titled 1327 Ringgold)

The winning freelancer will be re-hired for more projects like this moving forward!
