The placement of the townhouse suites and family villa on this rectangular site are being planned to create a walking experience through a series of townhouses structure via deck and pathway leading the visitor to venture and explore more behind every corners and walls where the public amenities such as lobby, restaurant, swimming pool, floating gym and spa are located in the middle section of the entire design open the entirely new hidden vista awaits them for a chilling and relax retreat. The townhouses prototype unit and private family villa unit offers rental to different group of visitors for a gathering or private family retreat. The entire site can be wall-up or opened to the surrounding depend on the owner demands. The townhouse and villa prototype also can be altered to fit any necessity .
