Kind Attent, P.F.A option 2 with one bed room, living and pantry as one unit which is repeated in cluster of 2.Its G+3 structure so you will get 12 individual rental units.There is restaurant and gym overlooking the pool on ground floor.There is possibility of increasing the number of units on first and second floor above restaurant and gym if required which is not shown in plan at the moment.Kindly go thru the same and revert back with your comments and suggetions so that i can incorporate the same in my design.
