  Thanks to everyone who submitted and spent time doing reworks. Making a selection has been difficult at best, but I have finally decided on one. Just wanted to thank all of you for your professionalism and effort.

  5 days left everyone and so far I am leaning more toward entry 13. I will tell you what I like about it. First Elemental has simply done what I asked. A design that takes the words "Academe of Heroes" and its tagline "Modern Day Heroes - Every Day People" and creates a logo that actually looks like a high tech academe of learning. They have also incorporated aspect of the Astrolabe which I mentioned as well. If you wish to compete with that you would need to design something similar. I won't accept it is the Academe design is not incorporated into the logo. Not lines, not circles an actual looking academe. Thanks.

  Again guys only two of the artist have attempted to do anything remotely close to what I asked. I want the top of an actual acadme of learning to look like it is seemlessly attached to the lettering "Academe of Heroes" in some form or another. The artist that can illustrate this the best will win. I won't entertain any longer options that don't have this effort.

  Hey guys so I thought it might clarify something if I added a drawing of another logo. The logo on the two new pictures is my Sentiverse logo. The Sentiverse Logo is the name of the Comics that are associated with the NONfiction part of the Academe of Heroes. Please take a look at its design, how it was first illustrated because there were parts of its design that just couldn't be done on a computer. That's how I see the letter of "Academe of Heroes seamlessly forming into the top of an actual academe of learning. It has to be added, so no you can't really do this by choosing a font and adding pasting something on top of it. It needs to be creatively designed into the drawing. Please take a look at the two Sentiverse logos for added clarification. Thank you very much.

  Again please pay attention. I am not looking for ClipArt that I can do on my own. So far all four of the ones listed are clipart. I am looking for an illustration of the words "Academe of Heroes" in a logo design to look like an actual academe. The outside of it should represent a modern but technologically advanced academe with the words inside. I am not sure how many more ways I can say it but unless your doing some drawing you doing this wrong. It needs to start with your pencil then transfer over to digital. If you can do all digitally you're either a bad ass with some serious serious skills or you don't know what your doing. Please Please follow instructions.

  Ahhhh good question, thank you for asking. I will show you via pictures and description. It's used to measure the stars but in my Comicbook world the Astrolabe will come to represent something else. So anyone who can successfully merge the premise behind the look and description of an astrolabe into the design of the acadame has big chance of winning : an instrument formerly used to make astronomical measurements, typically of the altitudes of celestial bodies, and in navigation for calculating latitude, before the development of the sextant. In its basic form (known from classical times), it consists of a disk with the edge marked in degrees and a pivoted pointer. Also take a look at he new pictures I am loading.

  If you submittal is not even close to what I suggested then don't expect me to bother wasting time explaining to you why its not. Entry 1-3 didn't even try, I will not even consider those. I am looking for an illustration not clipart and some text. I can do that myself guys. It's what I can't do that I am asking somebody with some skills to help me out on. Please read the description and ask more questions if it is not making sense. Thanks.
