Its Very Simple
Assuming that all your users are working on Microsoft office 365 and has an account with Onedrive by microsoft. If yes, then do as following. 1. Click on file menu on the excel you want to share. 2. Click on share 3. Click on Ondrive 4. Login with Ondrive 5. Upload the file 6. Put the email ids of the users account and give them share access 7.
