Create Formula For Excel Spreadsheet to transpose cells and calculate time

Simple VBA Macro, It copies from original data and includes it in the Proper Format Excel Sheet as required. It could be included as much data as you required, macro will check the last data on excel and it will include the new data. Please let me know any change required.
