I am currently opening a new refinery cleaning business in North America. I am doing an overview of the USA and Canadain refining market , size , capability, producer name and so on .

I have provided a basic lay out for the sheet for you to see my needs, and i wish it to be much better .
Here are the things I must have .
1. Enter all data provided by photos for refiners per US State and Canadian Province as per spread sheet
2. to create some type of button that when pushed would create a PDF sheet with all data for a specific refiner/ Customer that can be printed.
3. Be able to do multiple inputs for contacts in spreed sheet and have them printed as needed or linked to the above spread sheet
4. Create Graphs and link them to the spreed sheet so they update that represent , Planned/ Unplanned work, Current Pigging Supplier ,Value of upcomming Work Overall Contract value, % attainment
4. enter in the correct sales champion to the correct acccount

I wish for a link to a picture or table that represents where in which country the refinery is located
